In the rare event your item has a technical defect within the first year, we'll repair or replace it. Your item will be repaired or replaced (if a repair isn't possible) free of charge.

The warranty is held by weFix and can be taken to any weFix shop with your proof of purchase from Takealot.com or a customer can contact hello@wefix.co.za to book in a warranty.

The warranty does not cover liquid damage, physical damage and third party repairs and these will void a weFix warranty.

NB: No device may be returned or exchanged if the device is still signed into icloud. Please ensure you sign out of iCloud should you wish to return or exchange the device.

Setting up an iPhone:

Do I need an internet connection?
